A Unique Resource ! Spare the Air! Another way to help !

The ALS Association Greater Bay Area Chapter as a part of it's Green Business Practices has been utilizing car sharing.   We are working closely with another another local non-profit City Car Share. 

New members to any plan who sign up with City Car Share will receive $20 in driving credits.  In addition, if any one signs up for a new City Car Share Membership between now and December 31st, 2008, The Greater Bay Area Chapter with receive a $25 driving credit!  These credits will help with some of our transportation expenses.  Sign up here and use the promotion code "ALS08" (the fine print)

In addition, City Car Share has very a special program, AccessMobile.   It is a unique resource for People with ALS, who may not have access to a wheelchair-accessable vehicle.

Fine print:
Must be 21 years old with 2 years of driving.  Valid from October 1- December 31, 2008.  Only one credit per household account. Not valid for Trial Program members
