The ALS Association Greater Bay Area Chapter serves over 600 ALS patients and families in 24 counties in Northern California from the Oregon border to San Luis Obispo, including the East Bay and Central Valley. Regional Care Managers are available to patients and families in the communities where they live and can help link people living with ALS to services, resources, and support and provide information about county, state, as well as federal programs. |
