WE ARE LOU
Lou's Legacy reminds us all that no one can rest until a cure is found for ALS. But until that cure is found, patients with ALS and their loved ones need our support.
As a part of our ongoing “Who is Lou” campaign, we will be featuring the work of some of dedicated volunteers, members of the community at large, and advocates.
There are many others ways in which people are helping to make a difference. |
- Through Regional Care Services which help patients and their loved ones in 24 counties in Northern California from the Oregon border to San Luis Obispo, including the East Bay and Central Valley.
- By participating at our many public events
- By raising awareness and changing public policy through Advocacy efforts.
In addition to our gratitude, volunteers now have a chance to be considered for the President of the United States' National Volunteer Service Award.
We are honored to recognize our outstanding volunteers who help make the work of The ALS Association Greater Bay Area Chapter possible. Their dedication is essential in helping us meet our mission. Volunteer for The ALS Association Greater Bay Area Chapter and make a difference in the life of someone living with ALS. .
